Don't do it. The Advanced Grpahics Options 1.8 program will create the autoexec.cfg file that will overwrite your in-game settings. So if you're running it with DX11 and high textures, all of the other major settings will still be at "extreme" and not "ultra". Just manually delete the autoexec.cfg file and don't use my program.
I'll be updating it ASAP to include the new changes.

Crysis 2 DX 11 is on it's way.
Here's a heads up for what's going on with the DX11 patch and my app. Apparently there will be a few more graphical options when the new patch hits and I also hear of an "ultra" configuration. Though I doubt they'll give you full control of the FoV and motion blur. That said I do plan on updating the app to version 1.9. I have no idea when that will happen. I've started a full time job now so my time has been cut down to practically nothing.
Anyways I can't wait for this new DX11 patch. The texture pack and all of the amazing DX11 and upgraded DX9 features make the game look stunning (at least from the pictures). I wish they would increase the amount of environmental damage though.

Crysis 2 Advanced Graphics Options 1.8
It took me awhile but here it is. Crysis 2 Advanced Graphics Options 1.8.
With the 1.8 patch of Crysis 2, Crytek changed the engine a bit rendering the Crysis 2 Advanced Graphics Options 1.7 useless. I have fixed it with version 1.8.
You can download it here. Hope it works for everybody.
